Common Turkish coffee-house Batak: 52 cards, four players, 13 cards each. You must follow suit, beat the highest card when you can, and trump when you are void; trump cannot be led until it has been broken. A made contract scores 10 × bid + overtricks, a failed one −10 × bid; a player who takes no tricks at all is "batak". A match is 11 hands. Details: Batak Guide.
On open tables, empty seats may be filled by computer-controlled players so the game can start without waiting. Computer players never win anything of real value and only know the cards everyone can see.
In the app: Profile › Delete My Account. If you cannot reach the app, use the web form. As the account is shared by every North Sultan game, deleting it also removes your North Sultan: 101 Okey progress.
