Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the North Sultan: 101 Okey and North Sultan: Batak mobile games offered by IS.TEAM LLC (together the "North Sultan games", each a "Game"), the North Sultan account shared by these apps and the related web pages (all together the "Service"). By downloading, creating an account in or using any North Sultan game you accept these Terms, the Purchase, Virtual Chips & VIP Terms, the Community Guidelines and the Tournament Official Rules. How we process personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy; the rules of play are in the Game Guide (101 Okey) and the Batak Guide. For users habitually resident in Türkiye the Turkish version (Kullanım Koşulları) prevails in case of conflict; for all other users this English version prevails. Mandatory consumer law of your country of residence remains unaffected.

2. Nature of the Service — this is not gambling

1. The North Sultan games are social games for entertainment only. No real money or anything of monetary value can be won in any North Sultan game.
2. Virtual chips and other digital items are not real money. They cannot be cashed out or exchanged for money, gift cards, crypto assets or anything of value, cannot be sold or transferred, and cannot be sent between players.
3. Success in this Game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

3. Age requirement

The Service is only for persons aged 18 or over. You will be asked to confirm your age at first launch. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed and their data deleted.

4. Account

1. You can play with a guest account (bound to your device) or Sign in with Apple / Google. Guest accounts may be lost if you delete the app or change devices; we recommend linking your account.
2. One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared.
3. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure; report unauthorised use to destek@northsultan.com.
4. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete my account); see Account Deletion. As there is one North Sultan account, deleting it from either North Sultan game deletes it for both North Sultan games.
5. Shared North Sultan account: one North Sultan account works in both North Sultan games. Your profile (username, portrait, declared gender), friend code, friends and direct messages, virtual chip balance, VIP membership, daily gift, level/XP and titles, responsible-play settings and notification preferences are shared by both games. Game statistics and rating (Sultan Points, SP), the weekly league, tournaments, tables and table chat are kept separately for each game.
6. To use the same account in the other North Sultan game, sign in there with the method your account is linked to (Apple or Google). A guest account is bound to the app's own device record, so starting as a guest in the other app may create a new, separate account; link your account to Apple or Google first if you want to use it in both games.

5. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the North Sultan games for personal, non-commercial purposes. All software, designs, characters, artwork, music, texts and trademarks belong to IS.TEAM LLC or its licensors. Copying, reverse engineering, modifying, renting or redistributing the North Sultan games is prohibited.

6. Virtual items, purchases and VIP

Virtual chips and digital items are licensed, not sold, and you acquire no ownership in them. All paid transactions are made exclusively through App Store or Google Play in-app purchase; each North Sultan game has its own store products. Purchased chips do not expire. VIP is an auto-renewing subscription. Your chip balance is a single balance tied to your North Sultan account: chips bought or obtained in either North Sultan game go to the same balance and can be used in both games, and VIP works in both games whichever app it was bought in. 7. Tournaments

Tournaments are run and ranked separately for each North Sultan game. Tournament prizes are virtual chips and cosmetic items only — never cash or physical prizes. See the Tournament Official Rules. Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, any tournament.

8. Fair play and prohibited conduct

Prohibited: cheats, bots, automation, exploits; collusion, deliberate losing to pass chips ("chip dumping"), multiple accounts at one table; buying or selling chips, accounts or items outside the Game for money or anything of value, advertising or brokering such trades; advertising illegal betting/gambling or other commercial services; payment abuse and fraudulent chargebacks; impersonation; any breach of the Community Guidelines. Tile and card dealing, turn order and scoring run entirely on our servers, randomly and auditably.

Computer-controlled players (bots)

On public tables, empty seats and the seats of players who leave a match may be filled with computer-controlled players ("bots") operated by IS.TEAM LLC. Bots play by the same rules and cannot see or influence the deal of tiles or cards. Bots never win anything of real value: chips won by a bot are not paid out or transferred to any real person but leave the game, and bots are not used to push players towards purchases. To keep the atmosphere of the table, bots are not individually labelled; this is also explained in the in-app Game Guide and Batak Guide. In private salons set up with friends, empty seats are only filled with bots at the host's request. The prohibition on bots above concerns players using bots or automation on their own accounts.

9. Sanctions

Depending on severity: warning, chat mute, feature restriction, temporary suspension, permanent ban and removal of improperly obtained chips/items. You may appeal within 14 days to destek@northsultan.com. No refund is given for unused virtual items when an account is closed for a serious breach, without prejudice to your mandatory statutory rights.

10. Responsible play

To help you stay in control of your spending and playing time, the app offers these tools under Profile › Settings › Responsible Play. They are tied to your North Sultan account and apply to both North Sultan games together: the spending limit applies to the total of purchases in both apps, and a break or self-exclusion applies in both games, whichever game it was started in.

1. Spending limit: a monthly cap on real-money purchases (none / TRY 250 / 500 / 1,000 / 2,500). Spending is counted per calendar month (Türkiye time, Europe/Istanbul) at the TRY-equivalent catalogue list price of the products bought; once the cap is reached no new purchase can be started until the month ends. Lowering the limit takes effect immediately; raising or removing it takes effect after 72 hours.
2. Take a break: for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days you cannot join chip-staked tables or tournaments with an entry fee, and cannot make purchases. A break cannot be ended early.
3. Self-exclusion: for 6 months or permanently, chip-staked tables, entry-fee tournaments, purchases and marketing messages are blocked. A timed exclusion cannot be lifted before it ends; a permanent one can never be lifted. Your account is not deleted, so you can still exercise your data-protection rights and delete your account.

Buying cosmetic items with virtual chips is not real-money spending and is not affected. On request our support team can also freeze your account (destek@northsultan.com); such a freeze can only be lifted by support. If you think you may have a gambling problem, seek help from a local support organisation (in Türkiye, e.g. Yeşilay's YEDAM helpline 115).

11. User content

You are responsible for your username, profile and messages, and grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to use them to operate, display and moderate the Service. Unlawful content is removed.

12. Changes to and discontinuation of the Service

We may develop, add or remove features and rebalance the in-game economy; changes materially affecting purchased content are announced in advance. If a North Sultan game or the Service is shut down we will announce it in the Game concerned at least 60 days in advance and stop new purchases in that Game from the announcement. If only one North Sultan game is shut down, your North Sultan account, chip balance and VIP membership remain usable in the other North Sultan game.

13. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided with reasonable care on an "as is" basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Except for intent, gross negligence and mandatory consumer law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Chips or items credited by mistake due to a technical error may be corrected; chips deducted by error are restored.

14. Apple App Store additional terms

If you downloaded a North Sultan game from the App Store: (a) these Terms are between you and IS.TEAM LLC, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"), and Apple is not responsible for the Game; (b) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; (c) in the event of any failure of the Game to conform to any warranty you may notify Apple, which will refund the purchase price (if any), and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation; (d) Apple is not responsible for product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims relating to the Game; (e) you represent that you are not located in a US-embargoed country and are not on any US prohibited-party list; (f) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Google Play Terms of Service also apply to downloads from Google Play.

15. Changes to these Terms

Material changes are announced in the North Sultan games before they take effect, the version number changes, and you will be asked to accept the new version before further chip-related actions. Accepting the current version in either North Sultan game covers your shared account in both games. If you do not agree you may delete your account.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, subject to the following consumer rules.

1. Consumers habitually resident in Türkiye: under Art. 26 of Turkish Law No. 5718 (MÖHUK) the choice of law cannot deprive you of the protection of the mandatory Turkish consumer rules (in particular Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation). You may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee of your place of residence or of the transaction within the annually announced monetary limits, and to the Consumer Courts of your place of residence above them (Law 6502 Arts. 68, 73; MÖHUK Art. 45), also online via e-Devlet (TÜBİS).
2. Consumers resident in the EU or the United Kingdom keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of their country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
3. Consumers in other countries (including the United States) keep any rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory law of their place of residence; nothing in these Terms limits such rights.
4. Non-consumer users: Delaware law applies and the courts of the State of Delaware have jurisdiction.
