These terms are the pre-contractual information for digital content sold in the North Sultan games (the North Sultan: 101 Okey and North Sultan: Batak mobile apps) — chip packs and the VIP subscription — and the rules for virtual chips. Both apps share one North Sultan account, one virtual chip balance and one VIP membership. 1. Payment
Payments are collected by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) through in-app purchase; we never receive your payment details. The store sends the receipt and keeps your purchase history.

North Sultan: Batak products: each app has its own product IDs in the App Store and Google Play. In the North Sultan: Batak app each product above is offered with the same content and type under a product ID prefixed batak. (e.g. batak.chips.50k, batak.vip.monthly). Whichever app you buy in, chips go to the same chip balance and VIP time to the same North Sultan account.
The total price including taxes is shown in your local currency on the store payment sheet before you confirm. There are no other fees.
3. Delivery
Content is credited to your account immediately after the store confirms payment and our server validates the receipt. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, contact destek@northsultan.com with your store receipt.
4. Right of withdrawal
Digital content supplied immediately is exempt from the right of withdrawal (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15; EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)). Before purchase you confirm: "The digital content will be credited to my account immediately after purchase. I agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal."
5. Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases go to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); for Google Play purchases to Google Play. The store of the app in which you made the purchase decides under its own rules; purchases in both apps are processed by the same validation service (RevenueCat). If a purchase is refunded, the related chips or VIP time are removed from your account. Your statutory rights for defective performance remain unaffected.
6. Virtual chips
- Virtual chips are entertainment-only virtual units licensed to you for use within the North Sultan games (table entry, tournament entry, cosmetic items).
- Chips have no monetary value: they cannot be cashed out or exchanged for money, gift cards, crypto assets or anything of value, and no real money or prize of value can be won.
- Chips cannot be sold, transferred, gifted or sent to other players; the Game has no chip-transfer feature. Trading chips outside the Game is prohibited and leads to a ban.
- Purchased chips do not expire. The chip balance is a single balance tied to your North Sultan account: chips bought or obtained in either North Sultan game can be used in both games. Deleting your account permanently ends all chips and items for both North Sultan games.
- Free chips (welcome gift, daily gift, top-up, quests, levels, tournament prizes) follow the same rules. The Game contains no paid random-reward packs (loot boxes); if a free chance-based reward feature is offered, its possible rewards and odds are shown on it.
- A virtual-chip table fee is deducted from each pot (5%, or 3% for VIP). It is not real money.
7. VIP subscription
- Term and price: 1-month auto-renewable subscription; the price is shown on the purchase screen.
- Benefits (current list shown on the purchase screen): 2x daily gift chips, 3% instead of 5% table fee, Sultan frame, access to VIP cosmetics, VIP lounges and private salons, the right to speak in voice chat. VIP is never required to play and does not affect the deal of tiles or cards or the odds of winning. Whichever app you buy it in, VIP is credited to your North Sultan account and works in both North Sultan games; you do not need to buy VIP again in the other app. If you start separate VIP subscriptions in both apps, the VIP periods are added one after the other and each subscription renews and is charged separately by its store.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your store account is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancellation: any time in App Store → Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions or Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The subscription appears in your store settings as a subscription of the app you bought it in (North Sultan: 101 Okey or North Sultan: Batak) and is cancelled there. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
- Price changes are notified in advance under the store's rules, with your consent where the store requires it.
- Free trial: if offered, its length is shown on the purchase screen; unless cancelled before it ends, the paid subscription starts.
- Restore: use Restore Purchases with the same store account on another device, in the app you bought the subscription in. In the other North Sultan game your VIP benefits appear automatically when you sign in with the same North Sultan account.
8. Responsible spending
Track spending in your store purchase history. In the app, under Profile › Settings › Responsible Play, you can set the following; these settings are tied to your North Sultan account and apply to both North Sultan games together (the spending limit applies to the total of purchases in both apps):
- Set a spending limit: a monthly cap on real-money purchases (none / TRY 250 / 500 / 1,000 / 2,500), counted per calendar month (Türkiye time, Europe/Istanbul) at the TRY-equivalent catalogue list price and checked before the store purchase sheet opens. Lowering takes effect immediately; raising or removing takes effect after 72 hours.
- Take a break (24 hours / 7 days / 30 days): no purchases, no chip-staked tables, no entry-fee tournaments; a break cannot be ended early.
- Self-exclude (6 months / permanently): purchases, chip-staked tables, entry-fee tournaments and marketing messages are blocked.
Buying cosmetic items with virtual chips is not real-money spending and is not affected. Details: Terms of Use §10. On request our support team (destek@northsultan.com) can also freeze your account; such a freeze can only be lifted by support. Store-level purchase approval and parental controls are also available.
